A fruity, refreshing sake with sweet cocoa butter and kōji on the nose and a hint of bitter chocolate on the finish. It is an undiluted genshu sake yet comparatively low in alcohol. Very popular with the ladies, it is presented in an attractive blue bottle.
Recommend Food
Recommended with white fish sashimi, inari sushi and smoked
salmon.
It also makes an ideal accompaniment to desserts.
Temperature
We suggest chilling prior to serving, but this versatile sake can
also be enjoyed on the rocks.
