A Cena on The Hill is a small Italian delicatessen which stocks a wide range of high quality Italian food and drink and has a small section of Japanese ingredients including our sake. The owner, Tim Healy, and the chef, Paul Hughes, are both fans of sake and very discerning food connoisseurs.
The umami content of sake makes it an ideal accompaniment for Italian food which has umami rich food such as parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes.
A Cena on the Hill is currently the only place where you can buy our sake in Richmond.
